Corrections, questions, bug reports and game submissions all reach the same person, usually within a few days. There is no support team and no ticketing system — just an inbox.

What is worth sending

Corrections. The most valuable thing you can send. If a fact, a number or a mechanic description is wrong, please say so and include the page address. Corrections are handled under our fact-checking policy, which sets out what happens and how quickly.

Bug reports. If a game will not start, behaves strangely or runs badly, a report is genuinely useful. The details that help most are: which game, which browser, which device, and what you were doing when it happened. "Tennis Reflex, Safari on an iPhone, the direction pad stopped responding after pausing" is something we can act on.

Accessibility problems. These get priority over everything else. If something here is unusable with a keyboard, a screen reader, a switch device, or at your preferred zoom level, please tell us. We would rather hear about it than not know.

Game submissions. We do not host games made by other people, so we cannot publish your game — the policy and reasoning are on the about page. We do read submissions and are happy to talk about mechanics, and if you have built something in this genre we would like to see it even though we cannot host it.

Editorial suggestions. If there is a question about arcade tennis you cannot find an answer to anywhere, that is exactly the kind of thing worth writing about. Several items on our roadmap started this way.

Privacy and data requests. Covered in the privacy policy. Worth reading first: because this site holds no accounts and no database, there is usually nothing of yours for us to find, delete or export.

What we cannot help with

To save you the time:

  • Guest posts and link placement. All content here is written in-house and we do not sell or exchange links. These emails are deleted unread.
  • Tennis coaching questions. We write about games, not the sport. A qualified coach is the right person to ask.
  • Recovering a lost score. Scores are stored in your own browser and never reach us, so there is nothing on our side to restore. Clearing browsing data removes them permanently.
  • Other websites' games. We can only help with games hosted here.

What to expect

One person reads everything, so replies take a few days rather than a few hours. Corrections and accessibility reports are prioritised. If your message needs a change to the site, you will usually hear back once the change is made rather than twice.

Send a message

This form is not connected yet. The site owner has not configured a form service, so submitting it will not send anything. Please email hello@tennisarcade.xyz instead — we would rather tell you this than quietly drop your message.
Used only to reply to you.
